Seminar on Destinations Management by Prof Ruggero Sainaghi from IULM

On Thursday 13rd March 2014, seminar by Prof. Ruggero Sainaghi from the University of Milan IULM took place at the Faculty of Tourism and Geography.

The topics discussed were the following:

• The "tourist district" and destination management
• A dynamic model of destination management: introduction, governance and case study for St Moritz
• Meta-management processes and the seconc case study for St Moritz

This four-hours long seminar was held in the framework of the course "Organitzation Destination Managements" of the Master's degree in Analytical Techniques and Innovation in Tourism.
