These areas are threatened by the development of an industrial gas industry complex in its surroundings. The objective of this research is to assess the visual quality of current and prospective peninsula with more than two contrasting scenarios to determine the impact of this complex landscape. The study was based on the integration of multi-evaluation techniques (EMC) with GIS (ArcGis) in a model of visual quality, the results for both scenarios posed five broad categories, from very low to very high visual quality. The results raise interesting conclusions repercussions both in the industrial complex in the Paria Peninsula and in the application of quality methodologies in the tropical landscape
