Meeting between leaders of PortAventura, Faculty and students to improve internships
Met today at the Faculty of Tourism and Geography a working group made up of heads of Port Aventura, the coordinator of the courses and internships in charge of Tourism degree and 11 students of this degree. The object, to discuss and share ideas about the expectations regarding the internship program curriculum and extracurricular both business and students who do practice it or consider doing them. The goal, to improve training programs and adapt them to what both the students and the company expects of them. Important conclusions were obtained to improve collaboration in the future.
From Port Aventura, attended Lahuerta Marta, head of human resources and Carolina Gonzalez, director of the division of hotels in Port Aventura. For the students, 11 students from different courses some of which have made their practices in Aventura and other companies.
