During the ceremony - presided over by the dean of the center, Dr. Marta Nel-lo, and the coordinator of Analysis Techniques and Innovation in Tourism, Dr. Antonio Russo - Mr. Jerome Castillo, chef 'Les Moles' Ulldecona gave the lecture "Creativity and innovation in Catalan cuisine: éxito territorial factor" as the culmination of the final presentations of Master students held throughout the day.
