Inauguration of the academic year 2015-16 and delivery of the 10th edition of the prize for the best academic PortAventura Tourism URV

Today was held at the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Tourism and Geography the opening ceremony of the academic year 2015-2016. The inaugural lecture "The Port, a tool for economic development and tourism in Tarragona" was given by Josep Andreu, president of the Port Authority of Tarragona.

During the event were also handed the diplomas of recognition and the PortAventura award for the best academic record in Tourism. Blanca Méndez and Ariadna Cervera received diplomas of recognition and Sara Moreso Pina has been the winner of this year's edition, which is the tenth.
