The bachelor’s degree in Tourism is taught over four academic years, and each year, you must take 60 ECTS, 30 per semester. You will have the chance to choose 60 optional credits from the 240 ECTS spread between the second and fourth years.

You will spend a period of your studies doing internships which aim to complete your university training. The compulsory nature of this subject and its contents make it one of the main training axes of the qualifi cation since you will be able to gain professional contact with tourist organizations in the field of activity that you choose, according to the training profile you wish to follow.
The Faculty of Tourism and Geography is highly experienced in handling and planning external internships that guarantee its effectiveness. In this sense the Faculty has the support of over a hundred and fi fty companies and institutions in the different branches of tourism:hotels, travel agencies, public institutions such as tourist boards, town councils, county councils and others.
The aim of this task is for you to demonstrate that you have assimilated the necessary skills and abilities leading to the production, presentation and defense of a compilation or basic initiation to research report or an original, unpublished professional project, applying the suitable methodology.
The content will be assessed, as will the structural correlation and your oral and written communication skills. You will have to show creative and analytical abilities when presenting new results on your chosen topic.
